Pomegranate & Black Cherries

Rwanda is built on small lot holders, holding majority of the coffee export in the modern world. Nyamiyaga Washing Station hold around 3000 small lots who work together to produce this fruity natural coffee.

Handpicked and manually sorted for defects or low-density beans, the perfectly ripe cherry is laid on a thin layer on raised beds to dry in the sun where it's turned frequently to ensure even drying.

The final product is a full strength richness, with the fruity notes giving a silky body and bright lemon acidity. Strong tasting notes of pomegranate and black cherries will stay in your mouth til the end.
