The Masha Washing Station shares a name with the sub-hill it stands on, which is actually more famous for its cattle than its coffee. 

Home to the Red Bourbon variety, this coffee is handpicked and quality checked at every process of picking, washing, drying and packing. Methods, such as flotation and UV light testing ensure defective berries are removed and only the highest quality cherry remains. All this manual labour is well worth the trouble, producing a bright, acidic coffee, with tasting notes of juicy green apple and brambleberry.
