Being well into Central American season it’s time to get to know some of our coffees.
First up is a delicious Guatemalan from a farm titled El Bosque. The progressive farmers own their own wet mill which gives Julio, José, Francisco and Mario Flores complete control over the drying process.
This is a classic Guatemalan full of sweet stonefruits reminiscent of white peach. Chocolate and caramel notes balance out the coffee and a creamy mouthfeel is lingering.
